If possible, yes. At the moment, for many of the Majors who don't have Grimoire cards, we use placeholders. Now if there's a Grimoire card for them, then no we don't need an in-game shot.
It'll be in the database; I've had problems with it before. Somehow it was a picture mix up by Bungie, there's nothing we can do about that except to get an in-game screenshot.
I gotcha, just make sure to look through our database of pictures; I've linked you the relevant section both here and your talk-page.
We already have Grimoire cards for those characters. Search there first instead of uploading images.
Are you sure you don't mean "Kophoris" instead of "Kiphoris"?
