Thelskar, Shatterer of Skies is a subordinate Psion Flayer of Valus Bresk and esteemed researcher of the Cerulean Solace tech division of the Neon Wraiths. Little is known about this Psion except for his immense psionic potential and his unbreakable devotion to his commander. His unwavering loyalty has helped to accelerate the research and technological capability of Cerulean Solace. He would be encountered in a Guardian investigation at the Deep Stone Crypt, where the Psion would be seen guarding Valus Bresk, who was currently pulling schematics on the Silent Spire, where he would help cover his superior's retreat with the information. However, despite his impressive Psionic arsenal and tactics, he would be killed by the Guardian Fireteam.
