Horaksis, the Enthralled is a Scorn Chieftain and one of the members of the Cult of Anziluu. Unlike the other Scribes of Anzû, Horaksis is seen as hostile and believes that visitors to the Realm of Apocrypha should be killed on the spot.

- Horaksis shares the same model as Hiraks, the Mindbender.
- This is likely because of the fact that they are both fanatics to the Hive or Horaksis took their predecessor's appearance as inspiration.
