From Destinypedia, the Destiny wiki
The Lore of Rise of Iron. Some good stuff to add to the timeline, at least in coherency.
"Alien structure begin growing from the abandoned fields of Earth." This is the only instance where I noted it.
Eh... no? Not really. It's as unique as it'll ever be. (Nice touch on the Suzerain name.)
Why would they? C'mon. Give people the ability and they'll do any ol' bizarre thing -- you know that saying, "Just because you can, doesn't mean you should", only used in a sarcastic manner, cause there're those articles about engineers doing crazy things *with* that quote as part of the headline.
Thing is furry conventions would be an absolute hoot in the Golden Age. :P Not that I go to them. I'm not into that sort of thing, just writing stories and art like this.
Oh that's neat. And thank you.
Indeed. I'm interested in seeing the Seven Seraphs reappear. Speaking of such, your recent edits on the Destiny 2 article gives me hope that some of the unused concepts from 2013 will be implemented, *especially* that tiger-man. That can easily explained as genetic manipulation during the Golden Age... then again, there have to be a good reason why they haven't shown up until now, barring Bungie's original statement that there are some things that just don't fit.
S.C.O.U.R.G.E. Is that an acronym for something? And I think your concept is unique. It reminds me a bit about The Andromeda Strain, in only that a terrible extraterrestrial pathogen is accidentally brought back to Earth and nearly dooms the whole world. Could use a little more fleshing out like why was the S.C.O.U.R.G.E developed and how come the scientist's daughter holds the key, and so own.
Back to Asymmetry: in what way did it sound almost like the Devils' Lair? Is it because it was Fallen themed? Or is there something else I inadvertently added in? I was trying to make it look different from the Devils' Lair, and because I based the idea somewhat on a picture of a (highly attractive in the typical artistic way) female Archon of the Kings. (I found it on a blog of Destiny fanart, many of which is NSFW.)
I think you did awesome. MorningWalker will probably fix whatever formatting issues there are, but I think you did well.
I added the only reskinned Strike of TTK that had Niksis as a boss to the Timeline, seeing as that would count. I'll need to update the House of Winter's article to reflect that.
Aha, yes, you're correct. In fact, I've the same advantage as you. ;)
Same here, and I hope it is an Xbone.
Speaking of Primus, he's been filling in information on how to defeat the various bosses in that very Raid. Eventually, the Raid itself will be as detailed as the Vault of Glass.
You know, if only they had done reskinned Strikes with the Taken King like what we have now. It'd be cool detailing Guardians thwarting Oryx's minions in those reskinned Strikes. I guess the only one we have to work with is Winter's Run. I mean, Niksis is a cool character, even if a reskinned boss.
And congratulations. Don't worry, one day you'll catch up to us, it just depends whether or not you beat Primus in the releasing of new information -- but he has an Xbone, so you're somewhat handicapped. lol As for me, I'm on last-gen and am unable to play because of what I said earlier.
No, the Raid was released on schedule on Friday. There're already tutorials on YouTube detailing how to defeat Aksis.
Not that I'm aware of, no, just the one new Strike where we have to stop Kovik, Splicer Priest from infusing a Hive Ogre, and two reskinned Strikes, Devils Lair and Summoning Pits (renamed The Abomination Heist).
I saw. You made a duplicate of the Template:Spoiler, but I fixed it seeing as you used the correct template instead of the new one.
Tomorrow comes the Raid.
Yeah. Do it in the Sandbox next time.
Sure thing. I'll need to get caught up on the mission content first.
I look forward to seeing what you can do with this, a Playthrough of Rise of Iron, with all cutscenes and dialogue included. No commentary at all here.
Nah, you didn't annoy me. :) I was confused by what you meant. lol Also I've been on a high of sorts since Bungie released the new Grimoire. You can find the full list of the DestinyLore reddit thread, marked under spoilers. It's really cool.
I think it looks good, but what do you mean by "race"? Do you mean what races they were won from? If so, then there're be some maps (e.g. Frontier) that belong to the City.
Oh my. Put it that way, now I understand. So it was a case of ego on the one side and self-righteous indignation on the other; the former is inexcusable, the latter pardonable.
Aye. Wikipedia has been going down that road for a long time now. In fact, you ever hear of Conservapedia? That wiki was formed sometime in 2006 in response to Wikipedia's liberal bias. You can read about it in Wikipedia's article of Conservapedia, or on that wikia itself.
I know how to put things in chronological order, but I suggest you use the Destinypedia timeline as a guideline.
This is the song that plays during the Sepiks Perfected fight: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tDCLYfUOhaQ
I dare you to tell me it's not awesome.
