Tallulah Fairwind was a Hunter who was appointed by the Speaker as the first Hunter Vanguard.
Biography
After the destruction of the Iron Lords, the Last City was engulfed in turmoil. Tallulah aided the Speaker in trying to install a sense of order by helping form the Consensus. She was selected to served as the Hunter's representative on the Consensus as the first in a long line of Hunter Vanguards.[1]
