Nezarec, described as "the final god of pain", is an ancient, malevolent deity written of in the pre-Golden Age text "Of Hated Nezarec". He is related to the Warlock helmet Nezarec's Sin. It is said that Nezarec is darker than the Light, but does not bow to the Darkness, and is known to offer something unknown, although not entirely dark. He is said to stand forever in this fêted eternity. It is unknown if Nezarec was a fictional or real entity. It is strongly implied through flavor text that he may be the leader of, or a member of the Darkness itself.[1]
