The Mining Lander is a Cabal Red Legion excavation device..
Overview
Mining Landers are large devices that are deployed down onto planets from Cabal warships in order to mine valuable resources and commodities that are useful to the Cabal. Drilling operations involving these Mining Landers in Public Events, but doing so will cause a Cabal crew to intervene and take back the lander to continue their underground excavation.
