Rahdel the Perfected Is Suppose To Be The Re-Creation of A Really Powerful Vandal Near The Forgotten Shore Back In Year One Guardians Called "Randal The Vandal". Bungie Decided To Re-Make Randal The Vandal In The Wrath of The Machine Raid As an Easter Egg.

Now Randal The Vandal Has Emerged As Rahndel The Perfected!
