Rahndel, the Perfected is a Splicer Vandal encountered in the Wrath of the Machine Raid in the Server Farm. Rahndel is unusually resilient. There is no general way of spawning nor loot accociated with him.

Trivia

• Rahndel is an easter egg reference to "Randal the Vandal", a notorious Vandal found in the Forgotten Shore of the Cosmodrome that was extremely difficult to kill due to a glitch that affected its health.. This glitch allowed "Randal" to survive 7 Gjallarhorn shots OR take a Celestial Nighthawk shot without dying.
