Valus Shiloh is a Cabal Colossus and Valus of the Golden Legion. A veteran from the Loyalists reign of Emperor Calus, Shiloh took an admiration towards the Cabal Praetorate's actions of deposing Calus and would eventually join their ranks. He would eventually rise to the rank of Valus and would become one of Emperor Zor's chosen and a member of his war council.
