Mecher Xeliks-16 is a High Servitor in the House of Emperors that was seen in the Mission: A New Empire. It was sent by a Skiff that was deployed from the looming Emperor Ketch within the sky of the Twilight Gap to help assist some of the invading Emperors, however it would be destroyed by The Guardian during the siege.
