The Warlock is a type of Guardian. Warlocks utilize the powers given by the Traveler (or "magic") as a mode of attack. One example of this have been creating shields, as seen in one piece of concept art.

Trivia

• In The Law Of The Jungle, the Warlock is seen about to perform an attack near the end of the trailer in which a ball of fire is held in between the hands. This may be a direct reference to the "Hadoken" attack of the Street Fighter franchise.
