"I can solve this. Give me a weapon."
— Feltroc, the Skull-Piercer at the Battle of Kaga-Clipse[1]

Feltroc, the Skull-Piercer was a Psion in service to Emperor Calus as one of his Shadows, an elite team of Loyalists made of champions from the various races that Calus had conscripted.

Biography[edit]

During her time with the Shadows, Feltroc developed a legendary reputation as an enforcer of Calus' will and an accomplished sharpshooter compared to the Guardian Hunters of Earth, who could seemingly strike from anywhere. Her aptitude in battle served her in the Emperor's conquests including the Battle of Kaga-Clipse.[1] She originally sought a position on Calus' Psion Council, but was rejected due to her importance as an asset in the field.[2]

During the Shadows' final campaign to assassinate Dominus Ghaul, Feltroc provided cover from above for her teammates as they stormed the engineering deck of The Immortal. She was eventually suffocated by a neurotoxin that was pumped by the Red Legion into the air shaft where she was stationed.[3]

Personality and traits[edit]

As a Psion, Feltroc possessed the uncanny ability to slow her breathing and steady her motion with a layer of telekinetic manipulation.[2]

Feltroc's loyalty to Calus was paramount as she was a favored Shadow of his and had found her company to be immensely enjoyable. While in this role, she was rewarded with a battle harness which enhanced her height to be similar to that of the average Cabal: a means to faster preparation with her armory of weapons, a place to store additional tools, and allow her to enter combat with the ergonomics of a "standard" soldier. She would even jokingly remark that it gave her enemies a fair shot at her head.[4]

While her skills were compared to that of the Hunters,[1] she in fact pitied the Guardians for their reliance on the Light.[5]
