Val Jo'arrc is a high-ranking Cabal Colossus, serving as the Champion of the Blind Legion and Field Commander of the Star Blazers, an elite pyrotechnic detachment on Mars. Following the Taken War, he would rally the remnants of the Scout Legions and led the Siege on Mars against the Last City and the House of Lions. He serves as the main antagonist of The Lions' Armistice expansion.
