The Tower of Opened Eyes is a vast, seemingly placid chamber within the glimmering halls of the Dreaming City. Only accessible during the Last Wish, this place houses the Taken lieutenant and former Techeun, Kalli, who was currently seen in the middle of a ritual involving Harbingers and Blighted sigils. The Guardian returned years later as the Sol Divisive began to enact the 15th Wish.
