The Locus of Reclamation is a powerful Scorn Chieftain of the Created Congression. Presumably empowered by Troksrii, the Technomancer with Resonance Powers, it led a large group of the Baron's Scorn to steal Darkness relics from the Nephilim for their master. However, their mission would be a failure as they would be captured and locked up within the Subjugated Vault. Loot-hungry Guardians would eliminate the Chieftain by orders of Eris Morn and Shin Malphur before it could escape.
