Valus Toruhn is a special Cabal Valus in charge of a group of Cabal Deserters, in addition to his brother Valus Khazog. Disgruntled with the Imperial Cabal's alliance with the Vanguard, he and his brother would attempt an ultimatum, in which the brothers would either see the Empress abdicate her throne or they destroy the Dreadnaught and take half the Sol System with it. He, along with Valus Khazog, would serve as the strike boss of the reprised Shield Brothers strike.

Gameplay

Initially fundamentally similar to his prior counterpart, Valus Toruhn comes with a couple more features that makes him a bit more of a threat than his previous version. Upon closing in on the boss, he will unleash a swarm of Cabal Cluster Missiles mainly aimed to shake off an opponent rather than outright kill them; although this attack may be fatal on higher difficulties. Much like his brother, Valus Toruhn will either give or receive health from his brother when necessary to balance out their health. If his brother is killed, his Mortar changes to Solar and the impact sites create a burning area of effect. In addition, he will also recover a small amount of health in a last ditch effort to kill his brothers' murderers.
