Loe is a Neomuna citizen, who worked with on correcting errors in the CloudArk during the Arrival of the Black Fleet. On one occasion, Loe was troubleshooting with Hazeema to prevent cooking food from causing crashes. Hazeema had the idea to upload her emotional journey of cooking into the premade food uploads, creating new flavours.[1]
