Primus Tho'urgh is an extremely high-ranking Cabal commander who will be the main antagonist of a Cabal expansion idea, and will he the final boss of a raid. His attacks consist of the following:
Modified Heavy Slug Thrower-Has much more accuracy and a higher fire rate than that of Valus Ta'aurc's. Can also fire bullets of each element with different effects: Arc causes the "Shocking" debuff as well as blindness and paralysis; Solar bullets explode and cause a "Burning" debuff that can stack up to 5 times; Void bullets inflict poison as well as suppress Guardian abilities and cause blackout. Primus Tho'urgh will switch targets of he scores a hit.
Missile Swarms-missiles stop in midair to find targets and seek them out.
Arm-Mounted Blade-replaces the standard "Quake" ability. If it strikes a target, the target bleeds out until they die.
Force Field-Blocks all incoming damage from Guardians and pushes back Guardians who get too close, but the Primus cannot from behind the field.
Jump Jets- Primus Tho'urgh is as mobile as an Ultra Centurion.
Changing Elemental Shield-This ability is borrowed from Valus Tra'ug.
