The Titanian Pyramid is a Pyramid of the Black Fleet that took up position near the New Pacific Arcology on Titan after the Fleet's second arrival in the Sol System. Following Titan's disappearance, the Pyramid crashed itself into the moon's ocean, whereupon Vanguard forces rediscovered it and rechristened it the Drowned Pyramid once Titan returned to Sol.

History

Season of Arrivals

In the weeks following the Io Pyramid's arrival, the Titanian Pyramid arrived on Titan. Following its arrival, it hovered ominously outside of the New Pacific Arcology and began terraforming the moon using its Pyramid Scales.

Season of the Deep

After the Witness Took the Moon using the power of the Darkness, the Titanian Pyramid sunk into the depths of the methane sea, deep enough that upon the moon's return, the Vanguard was unable to detect any signs of the Pyramid. However, the Pyramid had in truth landed near the Bathypelagic Midnight zone, which Guardians would raid for weeks without noticing its presence. This worked to Xivu Arath's advantage, who used an exit from the Pyramid into the nearby Wrathborn Sink as a beachhead to send forces to the Midnight and beyond.

Eventually, the Titanian Pyramid, now dubbed the Drowned Pyramid, would be re-exposed after Xivu Arath lured The Guardian with a Hive ritual and Wicked Implement to the Drowning and the chambers within to hone their strength through trial by combat. The Vanguard seemingly remains unaware of the incident, however, causing the Pyramid to remain condemned to secrecy.
