Nightmare of Ka'hok, Sworn of Umun'arath

Nightmare of Ka'hok, Sworn of Umun'arath is an Major Cabal Legionary who appears in the Dungeon, Duality. They appear in the third encounter "Unlock the Vault" and is the first miniboss that needs to be killed before progressing the encounter.[1] According to the name, Ka'hok is loyal to Umun'arath, suggesting that they took a part of the Midnight Coup that overthrew Emperor Calus.
