The Cornea is a specialized Cyclops unit seen within the Vex Supercomputer in The Festering Core Strike, where the unit is summoned by the Vex for the purpose of protecting the Supercomputer from the Guardian and Taken assailants. The Cyclops features the unique ability to detain and as such has white energies around its 'arms' to signify such.
