Heavy Armed Legionaries are a type of Major Legionary found only in the Spinter Legion. They are equipped with Heavy Slug Throwers, which drop upon death and can be picked up as a relic by players (akin to Cleavers and Scorch Cannons). They are occasionally found when a Splinter Legion patrol spawns in the Meridian Bay, in several missions that feature the defectors, as well as the Exclusion Line raid.
