Deliah was a member of the Future War Cult. She was assigned by Lakshmi-2 to examine the No Time To Explain alongside several other Cult members to determine its origins through timeline analysis. Deliah concluded that the weapon was crafted by Praedyth based on his own rifle before being set adrift in a time ripple.[1]
