- "COWER BEFORE ME! EATER OF GUNSLINGER SHOTS! DEVOURER OF GJALLARHORN ROCKETS! I AN RANDAL THE VANDAL AND YOUR END HAS COME!"
- — Randal, Kell of Dusk
Randal, Kell of Dusk (more notoriously known as Randal, the Vandal) is a Fallen Vandal of the former House of Devils now Kell of the House of Dusk.
History
"Legendary" Origins
Much of Randal's history is quite unknown, but what is known is that he was a member of the House of Devils following the events of the Battle of Twilight Gap. He was a seeker of glory and sought to claim territory for himself, in the process he built himself a legion of shanks to help him take over the Siberian Cosmodrome of Old Russia.
In his quest he was only able to take control of a minor section of the Forgotten Shore and watched as many others claimed more land than him. However his short term glory would soon fail him as following the death of Riksis, the Guardians managed to locate Randal. Although his resilience and hunger for Gjallarhorn rockets were legendary, he would be put to a quick and swift end by the Lightbearers.
An Undying Truth
Unknown to many, Randal managed to survive his initial encounter and was seemingly immortal. With his newfound mission, he sought to claim not territory, but power. Many months and later years of scavenging through the various Golden Age facilities on Earth, he was able to recover ancient SIVA fragments. Renaming himself as Rahndel, the Perfected, he joined the rising Splicers to help the Eliksni to evolve from their ether routes to become the very machine gods they worship.
