Tess Everis is an Awoken merchant on the Tower Plaza who deals in special items acquired from within and outside of the City. Tess gives players promotional items such as pre-order exclusives, emblems, and shaders. For example, everyone who participated in the Beta can pick up a Beta emblem.[1]
