The Blacklight Syndicate is a unionized Fallen criminal empire created with the mutual goal of surviving Darumel's Realm. Because of the unnerving cohesion of the lost Fallen crews, they now bear better ramshackle tech and defenses. This new crime syndicate cares not if they are trapped or freed from this wretched place, instead, they only care about one thing: profit.

- Shasis Reborn, the Kitbashed - A Rebuilt Prime Servitor originating from the House of Hyenas. Now serves as a secondary Ether Source.

- Erathix, Splicer Priest - Former Archon from the House of Snow's Splicers. Now heads all rituals and tends to the Syndicate's Servitors.
- Ropheliks, the Renegade Bomber - Former Baron of the House of Hyenas. Now serves as a demolitionist and attack coordinator for the Syndicate.
- Phiriks, the Gunrunner - Former mercenary and independent gunrunner. Now serves as a gunsmith and courier for the Syndicate's expansive arsenal.
- Teneks-3, Eye of Malphikaris - Former High Servitor of the House of Snow. Now serves as Malphikaris' personal overseer and surveillance drone.
- Makis-Beta, Sentinel Servitor - Experimental Servitor unit uniquely designed to be the Syndicate's personally made Servitor. Bonded to a specialized Fallen Walker.
- Ilkilis, Wyvern Commander - An associate from the Dragon's Breath Order.
- Likis, Exile Vagabond - A freelancer that serves as an associate for the Syndicate.

- Kaynamis, Prospect of Darumel - A former member of the Blacklight Syndicate that would leave the Syndicate due to it's corruption and promises from Darumel. Younger sister of Teleymis.
