Dust-Choked Thrag is a Cabal Colossus encountered in the Lost Sector Excavation Site XII. As the name suggested, he ran the Excavation Site and might have disliked the job. When he was killed, the Legion was unable to continue mining operations in the EDZ as any attempt at doing so was meant with death by the Guardians.
