Valentina was a cousin of Eva Levante and the mother of Luis. She lived with her son in the Peregrine District, apartment block 10, fourth floor. During the Red War, she and her son died when a command ship crashed into the apartments due to the automated defense systems. Tozzi attempted to save them at Eva's request, but died in the process.
