Timeline Reflection is a quest released in the Season of the Witch. It introduces abridged missions of past expansions.

Steps

Start

• Speak to Ikora Rey in the Tower Bazaar.

Ikora welcomes you with a mix of warmth and relief. "Guardian. It's good to see you back in the Tower. We'll need everyone for the fight ahead."

Revisit past missions to understand what's at stake for the Guardians—and all of humanity. Complete each mission for rewards to arm yourself for the future.

You can launch missions directly from the Timeline. To access the Timeline, open up the Director and click on the Timeline icon in the upper right corner.

Step 1

The Guardians have a long and storied history. Relive Cayde-6's last mission to understand his enduring impact on his fellow Guardians.

Step 2

To avert a catastrophic future, the Exo Stranger taught Guardians how to harness the Darkness without losing themselves. Experience her first lessons in Stasis, and see why Guardians wield both Darkness and Light.

Step 3

The Witch Queen Savathûn re-emerged wielding the Light, with a new brood of Lucent Hive serving her. Harness the Dark power of Deepsight and pierce through her web of lies.

Step 4

Acting on the Witness's orders, Emperor Calus invaded Neptune in search of the Veil. Navigate Neomuna's labyrinthine streets and discover the secrets of Strand.

• Ikora: Examing the past helps put the present into perspective. It reminds me how much all of us have accompished already, and what we must achieve in the future. There's power in the stories we tell each toher, as surely as there is in Light—and Dark. Together, we can face anything. So remember: eyes up.

You've gained a deeper understanding into the recent history of the Guardians. Though the stakes are enormously high, the Vanguard and your fellow Guardians will always be ready to support you.
