Nedhi was a fabled Awoken who first attempted to chart the Distributary. She named flaura, fuana, tectonic forces, tidal currents and immortal terrors, among many other things. After gaining fame, Awoken would go on pilgrimages to visit her, and seek her assistance in describing their indescribable emotions, thus making them bearable through ontology.[1]
