Luis was a cousin of Eva Levante and the son of Valentina. He lived with his mother in the Peregrine District, apartment block 10, fourth floor. During the Red War, he and his mother died when a command ship crashed into the apartments due to the automated defense systems. Tozzi attempted to save them at Eva's request, but died in the process.
