Thûnak, the Frozen Stalwart is a Hive Knight of the Weavers of Sorrow. He would be one of the many champions of the Weavers seeking to prove himself within the Subjugated Vault from which he earned himself the title of the Frozen Stalwart with his Stasis Boomer. He would be slain by glimmer hungry Guardians before he would prove himself to Shin'ra.

Gameplay

Thûnak spawns into the area alongside a contingent of Hive, firing onto his enemies with his Stasis Boomer that fires much faster than a regular Stasis Boomer. Often times he will fire bolts of Stasis known as Freezing Breath that will instantly freeze players upon contact, giving the opportune time for nearby Hive to strike.

After a short while, text will pop up on the screen, Thûnak summons the tempest he will summon in a Freezing Tempest much like the Locus of Communion, freezing and killing everything in the room. Players must find the Flamebringer Knight in the arena, kill them and deposit the flame into one of the wells in the room, protecting them from the tempest. After the tempest is over, Thûnak will become vulnerable for a short time, allowing players to damage him. After about twenty seconds, Thûnak will become immune and players must repeat the process until he is dead.
