Nymphs are powerful Vex warrior models of the Sol Convergent. They appear to have been modified Goblins gifted the power of Strand via Stioceon's Echo.

Gameplay

Nymphs have abilities similar to the Warlock class of the Guardians. Like them, they can put down a Healing Rift that will slowly heal any allies that stand in it. They will usually try to fire from afar with its Laser Rifle and can throw Shackle Grenades if the enemy is too far away or taking cover to briefly suspend them for their allies. Its eye will normally glow pink but, when its Super is charged, it will change to green and it will be able to cast it at any time. Upon casting their Super, the Nymph will levitate off the ground and raise its arms into the air, calling forth a host of Strand Woven Needles. Upon impacting an enemy or surface, the needles will explode in Threadlings shaped similarly to Seekers that will seek out targets to explode into. However, while they can take more damage than a normal Seeker, these Threadlings can still be destroyed.
