Dekris, Deserter of Kells is a Fallen Vandal and esteemed associate of Castris's Criminal Empire. Once a member of the Kell's Guard for the House of Winter, he would abandon the House in search of a more "exhilarating" job, in his own words, where he would eventually find employment from the Crime Syndicate to serve as an elite contract killer and enforcer.
