Blistered Acolytes are a Major variant of the Acolyte seen throughout the Sol System. They were first introduced in The Witch Queen expansion as part of the Lucent Brood, featuring in the PsiOps Battlegrounds activity. Blistered Acolytes using the Hidden Swarm design would later appear in Deep Dives during Season of the Deep, working for Xivu Arath's Horde.
