Black Wax Idol are a type of consumable item in Destiny.

Overview

Black Wax Idols temporarily boost the Glimmer gained from killing Hive units over a period of ten minutes. They are dropped by Major or Ultra Hive enemies. Player Guardians can carry multiple Wax Idols but only one can be used at a time every ten minutes.
