Arcanist's Cellar, is a location in Firebase Morganous, Aloria. It is the basement of the Keep, where Ir Noshti's bastion facilities are kept. It is outfitted with a lot of Hive icongraphy as well as a Ascendant Portal to her mother's Throne World.
