Qweyoks, the Collector was once a Splicer Priest of the House of Devils. She believed that evolution required more than just SIVA. Before the Devil Splicers began inducing SIVA, she took some and disappeared without a trace. Over time, she collected specimens from all around the Solar System, until, just for her own gain.
