Peregrine Institute of Higher Learning was a center of academic study in The Last City, presumably within the Peregrine District. The institute invited the unpartnered Ghosts Balthazar and Peach to give a guest lecture entitled "Ghost Stories: Interviews with Two Ghosts of the Traveler".[1]
