They have been described as "a nomadic race of once noble houses now scattered to the solar winds."[1] They have 2 pairs of arms and typically wear a helmet with what appears to be respirator devices.[2] There will be some ways that said extra pairs of arms will affect combat. Concept art shows them with several Cabal indicating a possible alliance between the two species.[3]
The Fallen have apparently laid claim to all worlds and territories once owned by humanity, and fight the remnants of the human race for dominion over these areas.
