The Solar Grenade is a Solar Grenade ability. The ability manifests as a device with a yellow trail which travels in the air end explodes on contact. Upon detonation, the grenade releases a sphere of energy that lasts roughly 4 seconds, dealing Solar damage to targets in its radius and scorching them.

Improvements

• The Touch of Flame Dawnblade Aspect improves Solar Grenade duration and makes them emit blobs of lava that move according to physics (for example, falling on the ground if the grenade is thrown at the ceiling).

• The Sunbreakers Exotic Armor in Destiny increases the duration of Solar Grenades.

• The Sunbracers Exotic Armor in Destiny 2 increase the duration of Solar Grenades and grant unlimited grenade energy for a brief time after Solar Melee kills.
