The Foundry Keepers are a group of Ultra Taken found in the first encounter of Sentinel's Foundry, where they bar the way deeper into location.
GameplayEdit
Variant 1Edit
As the players approach the Ingress of the dungeon, they will be halted by the Taken Knight Foundry Keeper, backed up by some Taken Acolytes. Defeating the Knight will reveal a symbol, which indicates where the next Foundry Keeper has spawned. The symbols are randomly selected, but each Foundry Keeper protects a specific area, with its own Taken Acolyte troop. The fireteam will have to seek out all the symbols, until they are given the "diving bird" sigil. This indicates that the last Foundry Keeper has appeared in the initial temple, and its death will complete the encounter.
Variant 2Edit
As the players approach the Ingress of the dungeon, they will be halted by the Taken Knight Foundry Keeper, backed up by some Taken Acolytes. Defeating the Knight will disable a nearby Totem, which will send a resonance trail to the next location where the next Foundry Keeper has spawned. The Totem order is random, but each Foundry Keeper protects a specific area, with its own Taken Acolyte troop. The fireteam will have to seek out all the totems until they are given the message: "Power wells up in the Temple". This indicates that the last Foundry Keeper has appeared in the initial temple, and its death will complete the encounter.
