Transmutant Detestations are a type of Scorn Abomination that were imprisoned within Savathûn's Spire to be experimented upon.

Gameplay

Transmutant Detestations can appear as part of some encounters in the Savathûn's Spire activity. One will initially appear, surrounded by an Immunity Shield and incapable of acting, inside a ritual Soulfire circle. Once nearby Void crystals are destroyed, the Detestation will become vulnerable, allowing players to kill it. Two more Detestations will then appear in similar conditions, and must be made vulnerable in the same manner. After all the Transmutant Detestations are slain, the Ultra Wizards overseeing the experiment will become vulnerable, and their deaths will complete the encounter.
