Bracus Ph'inn is a Cabal Bracus, that is encountered on Mars in Patrol. He comes in an Goliath, after killing Bracus Jar'uarn and his platoon. The Tank is needed to be destroyed in order to progress the Up to the Stars Quest.
Trivia
- Much like Val Ca'aul, Bracus Ph'inn is not actually encountered in-game since he is inside a Goliath Tank. He is known only through one of the steps of the quest.
