The Crimson Legion are a group of elite spies briefly appearing in every part of Destiny 2 unknowingly.
History
Red Legion
Though the Crimson Legion were originally just Crimson Shadows that were helping out aboard The Almighty. Their Valus heads to meet with a Psion named Cavilok. They knew that a Guardian attack was imminent, from other cabal in the EDZ. Forum:Valus Edr’ek took his main forces to evacuate. Some Red Legion troops attempted to attack them on the way to their Harvester, but they were killed quickly. He left behind some minor troops as scouts. He hid in his Firebase until the end of the Red War and then gathered most of the Red Legion and left to make more bases around the Solar System.
The Conclave
Soon, a group of Psion Flayers proposed to Edr’ek about making a Psion based group within the Crimson Legion, he accepted the proposal and thus, The Crimson Conclave was made.

The Gold Network
After Edr’ek died, Primus Fa’lak took control and got most of the legion to work with him. He learned of a special Vex network with many treasures called the Gold Network. It was in a city on Saturn called the Golden City and had a similar habitat to The Leviathan and Mercury. They sent a fleet to attack teh city. But after a valiant battle, the guardian killed everyone in the first operation. The Psion Forum:Mavix Who lead the siege, was killed. The next two operations were thwarted, though they made it into The Gold Network. The Vex and The Guardian intervened. Their final attempt was lead by The Primus himself. They had Psionic power that gave them insane abilities. The guardian was dispatched and managed to destroy three ships. When they made it into The Valus’ personal observation deck. They encountered him and slew him. The Guardian hijacked a drop pod and attacked the besieging forces at the city. Their main tanks were defeated and the guardian boarded the Land Tank that held the rest of the leadership. They entered a arena with Psionic Beast. Though the beasts were very powerful, the guardian overcame them. Then they defeated the head Psion flayer powering the Psionics in the siege. Though the Psion had mind powers they stood no chance against the god-slayer. In their final attempt, they sent out Primus Fa’lak in his war mech. After an extremely heated battle. He was defeated. This ended Fa’laks siege, and his main fleet dispersed. Leaving The Crimson Legion crippled.

- Valus Edr’ek- One of the founders of the Crimson Legion. Sacrificed himself to Cane in exchange for power.

- Valus Tra’jak - Head of heavy units and commandeer of one of their two warships.
