Despoiler Captains are Major Captains that appear as High-Value Targets on Destinations with a Fallen presence. On Nessus, they can sometimes be found imprisoned by Vex units. They will engage other hostiles, but flee from the player, only fighting back briefly if attacked, until their shield recharges. Eventually, they will leave the area, but if killed, they will drop a loot chest upon death.
