Falysion, Frenzied Mind was a Vex Minotaur encountered in The Cistern on Nessus during the Nessus Flashpoint.

Gameplay

Falysion would spawn after a Public Event had ended in The Cistern near a small island. Players would simply need to damage it consistently until it was destroyed, in which a message will appearing stating that "Falysion, Frenzied Mind, has been vanquished." If not damaged, Falysion would linger for a short period of time before vanishing.
