Wretched Chieftains are a powerful group of Chieftains encountered in the Heroic version of the Paracausal Mining Public Event. They will appear after two waves of lesser Scorn. They will move close to the Fissure of Power and try to kill or smash away the Guardians defending it, in addition to deploying a Resonant Shield Dome around the entire Drill Site preventing long-range damage requiring players to enter the dome to deal with it. While killing them is not necessary for the completion of the event, it is recommended to do so. If they still live when the event is over, they will Transmat away after a while.
