Caleas, the Cold was an Akinok, an Apostle of the Voice, and the lead Overlord. He is extremely dangerous, being on the same level as Quria, Blade Transform and Calus, the Disciple. He was one of the first to be turned to The Witness’ side for his species. Whisper began training him, wanting to propose him as a candidate for a new disciple. However, he decided against that, quietly adding Caleas to his personal force and feeding him raw power. Caleas began becoming more and more powerful and more and more loyal to Whisper. When his species was destroyed he had little remorse, leaving it all behind in an instant. Caleas became a trusted soldier of Whisper and eventually became his third most trusted lieutenant and third apostle. Caleas meanwhile spent a long time in The Grand, forming up The Curators of The Grand who were originally Hive only. Caleas had literally created The Curators and spent a lot of time watching over it. At some point, while he was guarding his base, the guardians breached it and ended the life of each and every overlord including Caleas. However, he would later be brought back by Whisper and serve as a bodyguard for a short time until dying once again.

Gameplay

The Overlords

Caleas is encountered in the main room of the Keep in The Overlords. He will initially be immune and began taunting the Guardian before summoning back up and entering combat. tbc.

Silver Bullet

Caleas appears in Silver Bullet when Whisper calls in back up. It should be noted that he’s much easier to defeat in this mission.
